All quotations provided by Palmer Build and Frame Ltd are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and may be subject to change based on design alterations, material availability, or site conditions. A formal contract is established once a quotation is accepted in writing and confirmed by Palmer Build and Frame Ltd. Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or contract, and materials remain our property until full payment has been received. We aim to meet agreed delivery and installation dates but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control, such as adverse weather or supply chain issues.
We take pride in the quality of our work, using materials that meet or exceed industry standards. Any defects in workmanship reported within 12 months of completion will be reviewed and, if applicable, rectified promptly. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party alterations. Palmer Build and Frame Ltd is committed to reducing waste through lean construction practices, promoting sustainable materials, and minimising environmental impact while building homes and structures designed to last.
Palmer Build and Frame Ltd operates in accordance with data protection laws and will not share your personal information without consent, except where required by law. Our total liability under any contract is limited to the value of the work agreed. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
